👩‍🍳 How to make Spinach-Corn Paknam

  1. Wash and dry spinach thoroughly (1 min)
  2. Chop finely (1 min)
  3. Crush corn kernels lightly (1 min)
  4. Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
  5. Add chopped spinach, crushed corn, minced onion, chilli, ginger (2 min)
  6. Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
  7. Heat tawa to medium, coat with oil
  8. Pour 90ml batter, flatten to 8mm
  9. Cook 6-7 min until base is golden and edges firm
  10. Drizzle oil, flip
  11. Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
  12. Transfer to plate
