👩🍳 How to make Spinach-Corn Paknam
- Wash and dry spinach thoroughly (1 min)
- Chop finely (1 min)
- Crush corn kernels lightly (1 min)
- Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
- Add chopped spinach, crushed corn, minced onion, chilli, ginger (2 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, coat with oil
- Pour 90ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until base is golden and edges firm
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
- Transfer to plate
