👩‍🍳 How to make Singju

  1. Finely chop cabbage (2 min)
  2. Thinly slice lotus stems (2 min)
  3. Finely dice onion (1 min)
  4. Toast perilla leaves dry in pan 2 minutes, grind to powder (2 min)
  5. Add chopped pea shoots or water spinach if using
  6. Sprinkle roasted gram flour evenly over vegetables
  7. Crumble fermented fish finely, add to bowl
  8. Add chilli flakes, black sesame seeds, ground perilla
  9. Add salt
  10. Toss everything together gently but thoroughly (2 min)
  11. Serve at room temperature
