👩🍳 How to make Singju
- Finely chop cabbage (2 min)
- Thinly slice lotus stems (2 min)
- Finely dice onion (1 min)
- Toast perilla leaves dry in pan 2 minutes, grind to powder (2 min)
- Add chopped pea shoots or water spinach if using
- Sprinkle roasted gram flour evenly over vegetables
- Crumble fermented fish finely, add to bowl
- Add chilli flakes, black sesame seeds, ground perilla
- Add salt
- Toss everything together gently but thoroughly (2 min)
- Serve at room temperature
