👩🍳 How to make Setui Paknam
- Chop tomato very finely, removing excess seeds to prevent watery batter (2 min)
- Mix rice flour with salt, turmeric, black pepper (1 min)
- Add finely chopped tomato, minced onion, chilli, coriander (2 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (2 min) - tomato adds moisture, so add water sparingly
- Let rest 2 minutes
- Heat tawa to medium, coat with oil
- Pour 85ml batter, flatten to 8mm thickness
- Cook 6-7 min until bottom turns golden-brown (edges will feel firm)
- Drizzle oil around edges, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
- Transfer to plate
