👩‍🍳 How to make Setui Paknam

  1. Chop tomato very finely, removing excess seeds to prevent watery batter (2 min)
  2. Mix rice flour with salt, turmeric, black pepper (1 min)
  3. Add finely chopped tomato, minced onion, chilli, coriander (2 min)
  4. Gradually add water to form thick batter (2 min) - tomato adds moisture, so add water sparingly
  5. Let rest 2 minutes
  6. Heat tawa to medium, coat with oil
  7. Pour 85ml batter, flatten to 8mm thickness
  8. Cook 6-7 min until bottom turns golden-brown (edges will feel firm)
  9. Drizzle oil around edges, flip
  10. Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
  11. Transfer to plate
