  1. Mix semolina and besan (1 min)
  2. Add salt and cumin seeds (30 seconds)
  3. Add minced onion, chilli, ginger (1 min)
  4. Gradually add water (2 min)
  5. Let rest 3 minutes
  6. Heat tawa to medium, oil generously
  7. Pour 100ml batter, flatten to 8mm
  8. Cook 6-7 min until golden-brown
  9. Drizzle oil, flip
  10. Cook 5-6 min until light golden
  11. Transfer to plate
