- Mix semolina and besan (1 min)
- Add salt and cumin seeds (30 seconds)
- Add minced onion, chilli, ginger (1 min)
- Gradually add water (2 min)
- Let rest 3 minutes
- Heat tawa to medium, oil generously
- Pour 100ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until golden-brown
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 5-6 min until light golden
- Transfer to plate
