👩🍳 How to make Semolina Breakfast Cake
- Mix semolina and besan in bowl (1 min)
- Add salt and turmeric (30 seconds)
- Add chopped onion, minced chilli, ginger, coriander (1 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (2 min)
- Let rest 3 minutes (semolina absorbs water better over time)
- Heat tawa to medium, apply oil generously
- Pour 100ml batter, flatten to 8mm thickness
- Cook 6-7 min until bottom is golden-brown (semolina requires longer cooking)
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 5-6 min until other side is light golden
- Transfer to plate
