👩🍳 How to make Rice Flour Dosa
- Mix rice flour and urad dal flour (1 min)
- Add salt and cumin seeds (30 seconds)
- Gradually add water while stirring to form thin batter (consistency like thin crepe batter) (2 min)
- Let batter rest 5 minutes
- Just before making dosa, add finely diced onion and minced green chilli
- Heat tawa to high (test: water drop should sizzle and evaporate immediately)
- Lightly oil tawa
- Pour 80ml batter from one end toward other in thin stream while using back of ladle to spread
- Should form thin circle (6-8mm)
- Cook 2-3 minutes until bottom turns golden-brown (lift edge gently to check)
- Drizzle oil around edges
- Flip, cook other side 1-2 minutes until light golden
- Roll or fold, serve hot
