👩‍🍳 How to make Rice Flour Dosa

  1. Mix rice flour and urad dal flour (1 min)
  2. Add salt and cumin seeds (30 seconds)
  3. Gradually add water while stirring to form thin batter (consistency like thin crepe batter) (2 min)
  4. Let batter rest 5 minutes
  5. Just before making dosa, add finely diced onion and minced green chilli
  6. Heat tawa to high (test: water drop should sizzle and evaporate immediately)
  7. Lightly oil tawa
  8. Pour 80ml batter from one end toward other in thin stream while using back of ladle to spread
  9. Should form thin circle (6-8mm)
  10. Cook 2-3 minutes until bottom turns golden-brown (lift edge gently to check)
  11. Drizzle oil around edges
  12. Flip, cook other side 1-2 minutes until light golden
  13. Roll or fold, serve hot
