👩🍳 How to make Pucca Chingri
- Pat prawns dry (1 min)
- Rinse bamboo shoots, squeeze dry (1 min)
- Heat oil in pan over medium (1 min)
- Add minced garlic, cook 40 seconds
- Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add turmeric, stir (30 seconds)
- Add chopped bamboo shoots, stir (1 min)
- Add sliced green chilli
- Pour water, add salt
- Bring to boil (3 min)
- Gently add prawns
- Reduce heat to medium
- Simmer 8-10 minutes until prawns turn pink
- Stir occasionally
- Serve hot
