👩🍳 How to make Paneer Thongba
- Cut paneer into 2cm cubes (1 min)
- Heat oil in pan over medium (1 min)
- Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add turmeric and coriander powder, stir (30 seconds)
- Add chopped tomatoes, cook 2 minutes
- Add sliced green chilli
- Pour water, add salt
- Bring to boil (3 min)
- Gently place paneer cubes in gravy
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 8-10 minutes (paneer absorbs flavors but shouldn't break)
- Stir gently occasionally
- Serve hot
