👩‍🍳 How to make Paneer Thongba

  1. Cut paneer into 2cm cubes (1 min)
  2. Heat oil in pan over medium (1 min)
  3. Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
  4. Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
  5. Add turmeric and coriander powder, stir (30 seconds)
  6. Add chopped tomatoes, cook 2 minutes
  7. Add sliced green chilli
  8. Pour water, add salt
  9. Bring to boil (3 min)
  10. Gently place paneer cubes in gravy
  11. Reduce heat to medium-low
  12. Simmer 8-10 minutes (paneer absorbs flavors but shouldn't break)
  13. Stir gently occasionally
  14. Serve hot
