👩‍🍳 How to make Paknam with Spinach and Corn

  1. Wash, dry, and chop spinach (1 min)
  2. Crush corn kernels (30 seconds)
  3. Mix besan with salt (1 min)
  4. Add spinach, corn, onion, chilli (1 min)
  5. Gradually add water (1 min)
  6. Heat tawa to medium, oil surface
  7. Pour 90ml batter, flatten to 8mm
  8. Cook 6-7 min until golden
  9. Drizzle oil, flip
  10. Cook 4-5 min until light golden
  11. Transfer to plate
