👩🍳 How to make Paknam with Spinach and Corn
- Wash, dry, and chop spinach (1 min)
- Crush corn kernels (30 seconds)
- Mix besan with salt (1 min)
- Add spinach, corn, onion, chilli (1 min)
- Gradually add water (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, oil surface
- Pour 90ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until golden
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until light golden
- Transfer to plate
