👩🍳 How to make Paknam with Fermented Fish
- Pound fermented fish to fine powder (2 min)
- Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
- Add pounded fish, chopped onion, minced chilli (2 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, coat with oil
- Pour 95ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until golden and edges firm
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until light golden
- Transfer to plate
