👩🍳 How to make Paknam with Carrot
- Grate carrot finely (1 min)
- Mix besan with salt and cumin (1 min)
- Add grated carrot, minced onion, chilli (1 min)
- Gradually add water (carrot adds moisture, use less water) (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, oil surface
- Pour 85ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until golden
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until light golden
- Transfer to plate
