- Rinse and squeeze dry bamboo shoots, chop (2 min)
- Mix besan with salt (1 min)
- Add soibum, chopped onion, minced chilli (2 min)
- Gradually add water (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, oil surface
- Pour 100ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until golden
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until light golden
- Transfer to plate
