👩🍳 How to make Paan Chingri
- Wash colocasia 3 times thoroughly, pat dry (2 min)
- Cut into 5cm pieces (1 min)
- Pat prawns dry (1 min)
- Heat oil in pot over medium (1 min)
- Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add sliced green chilli
- Add colocasia pieces, stir gently (1 min)
- Pour water, add salt
- Bring to boil (5 min)
- Gently place prawns on top of colocasia
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 12-15 minutes until colocasia is very tender and prawns are pink
- Stir gently occasionally
- Serve hot
