- Mix rice flour with salt and cumin seeds (1 min)
- Add minced onion, ginger, chilli (1 min)
- Gradually add water to form soft dough (2 min)
- Knead gently with oiled palms (1 min)
- Divide into 5 equal portions
- On oiled board, flatten each to thin circle (4mm)
- Heat tawa to medium-high
- Place tan on tawa, cook 2 min until slight puffing visible
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 1.5 min on other side until light golden
- Press gently with spatula
