👩🍳 How to make Oats Breakfast
- Heat oil in pot (1 min)
- Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
- Pour water, bring to boil (3 min)
- Add salt
- Slowly sprinkle oats while stirring constantly to prevent lumps (1 min)
- Add crushed cardamom
- Reduce heat to low, simmer 6-7 minutes, stirring frequently
- When oats soften, add milk
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved
- Add nutmeg powder
- Simmer 1-2 more minutes
- Serve hot
