👩‍🍳 How to make Oats Breakfast

  1. Heat oil in pot (1 min)
  2. Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
  3. Pour water, bring to boil (3 min)
  4. Add salt
  5. Slowly sprinkle oats while stirring constantly to prevent lumps (1 min)
  6. Add crushed cardamom
  7. Reduce heat to low, simmer 6-7 minutes, stirring frequently
  8. When oats soften, add milk
  9. Add jaggery, stir until dissolved
  10. Add nutmeg powder
  11. Simmer 1-2 more minutes
  12. Serve hot
