👩‍🍳 How to make Narang Thongba

  1. Dice vegetables uniformly (2 min)
  2. Heat oil in pot over medium (1 min)
  3. Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
  4. Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
  5. Add turmeric, stir (30 seconds)
  6. Add sliced green chilli
  7. Add diced vegetables, stir gently (1 min)
  8. Pour water, add salt
  9. Bring to boil (5 min)
  10. Reduce heat to medium-low
  11. Simmer 12-15 minutes until vegetables are tender
  12. Add coriander
  13. Serve hot (lime juice should be added just before eating to preserve brightness)
