👩🍳 How to make Mushroom Thongba
- Clean mushrooms with damp cloth, roughly chop (2 min)
- Heat oil in pan over medium (1 min)
- Add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds
- Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add turmeric powder, stir (30 seconds)
- Add chopped mushrooms, stir gently (1 min)
- Add chopped tomatoes, cook 2 minutes
- Add sliced green chilli
- Pour water and add salt
- Bring to boil (3 min)
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 8-10 minutes until mushrooms are tender
- Stir occasionally
- Serve hot
