👩‍🍳 How to make Mushroom Thongba

  1. Clean mushrooms with damp cloth, roughly chop (2 min)
  2. Heat oil in pan over medium (1 min)
  3. Add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds
  4. Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
  5. Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
  6. Add turmeric powder, stir (30 seconds)
  7. Add chopped mushrooms, stir gently (1 min)
  8. Add chopped tomatoes, cook 2 minutes
  9. Add sliced green chilli
  10. Pour water and add salt
  11. Bring to boil (3 min)
  12. Reduce heat to medium-low
  13. Simmer 8-10 minutes until mushrooms are tender
  14. Stir occasionally
  15. Serve hot
