- Heat oil in pot (1 min)
- Add cumin, crackle 30 seconds
- Add asafoetida, swirl (10 seconds)
- Add ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add mixed sprouts, stir gently (1 min)
- Pour water and salt
- Bring to boil (4 min)
