  1. Wash spinach thoroughly, pat dry, chop coarsely (2 min)
  2. Heat oil in pan over medium (1 min)
  3. Add minced ginger, cook 1 minute
  4. Add finely diced onion, cook 2 minutes
  5. Add minced green chilli
  6. Add chopped spinach, stir (1 min)
  7. Pour water, add salt
  8. Bring to boil (3 min)
  9. Reduce heat to low
  10. Simmer 5-7 minutes until spinach is very tender
  11. Stir occasionally
  12. Serve hot
