👩🍳 How to make Mango Kheer
- Peel ripe mango, extract pulp, blend smooth (3 min)
- In heavy pan, bring milk to boil over medium heat (4 min)
- Add crushed cardamom
- Reduce heat to low
- Simmer 5 minutes
- Add mango pulp, stir well
- Simmer 8-10 minutes (mango flavor infuses into milk)
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved (2 min)
- In separate pan, fry cashews and raisins in ghee until golden (1 min)
- Add fried nuts and raisins to kheer
- Add nutmeg powder
- Stir gently
- Serve chilled or at room temperature
