👩‍🍳 How to make Mango Kheer

  1. Peel ripe mango, extract pulp, blend smooth (3 min)
  2. In heavy pan, bring milk to boil over medium heat (4 min)
  3. Add crushed cardamom
  4. Reduce heat to low
  5. Simmer 5 minutes
  6. Add mango pulp, stir well
  7. Simmer 8-10 minutes (mango flavor infuses into milk)
  8. Add jaggery, stir until dissolved (2 min)
  9. In separate pan, fry cashews and raisins in ghee until golden (1 min)
  10. Add fried nuts and raisins to kheer
  11. Add nutmeg powder
  12. Stir gently
  13. Serve chilled or at room temperature
