- Mix rice flour, linseed powder, whole wheat flour (1 min)
- Add salt and cumin seeds (30 seconds)
- Add minced onion, chilli, ginger (1 min)
- Gradually add water to form soft dough (2 min)
- Knead gently with oiled palms (1 min)
- Divide into 4 portions
- On oiled board, flatten each to thin circle (4mm)
- Heat tawa to medium-high
- Place tan on tawa, cook 2 min until slight puffing
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 1.5-2 min other side until light golden
