  1. Cut cabbage into rough 3cm pieces (1 min)
  2. Heat oil in pan over medium-high (1 min)
  3. Add cumin, let crackle 30 seconds
  4. Add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds
  5. Add minced ginger, cook 1 minute
  6. Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
  7. Add sliced green chilli
  8. Add cabbage pieces, toss in oil (2 min)
  9. Add chopped tomatoes, cook 2 minutes
  10. Add water and salt
  11. Bring to boil (3 min)
  12. Reduce heat to medium
  13. Simmer 8-10 minutes until cabbage is tender but not mushy
  14. Stir occasionally
  15. Serve hot
