- Cut cabbage into rough 3cm pieces (1 min)
- Heat oil in pan over medium-high (1 min)
- Add cumin, let crackle 30 seconds
- Add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds
- Add minced ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add sliced green chilli
- Add cabbage pieces, toss in oil (2 min)
- Add chopped tomatoes, cook 2 minutes
- Add water and salt
- Bring to boil (3 min)
- Reduce heat to medium
- Simmer 8-10 minutes until cabbage is tender but not mushy
- Stir occasionally
- Serve hot
