👩🍳 How to make Kidney Bean Breakfast Stew
- Heat oil in pot over medium heat (1 min)
- Add minced garlic, sauté 30 seconds
- Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add cooked kidney beans, stir gently (1 min)
- Pour water and add salt
- Bring to boil (4 min)
- Add sliced green chilli
- Simmer 8-10 minutes on medium-low heat (beans soften further, flavors meld)
- Stir occasionally
- When beans are very soft and broth is slightly thick, add coriander
- Serve hot in bowls
