👩‍🍳 How to make Kidney Bean Breakfast Stew

  1. Heat oil in pot over medium heat (1 min)
  2. Add minced garlic, sauté 30 seconds
  3. Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
  4. Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
  5. Add cooked kidney beans, stir gently (1 min)
  6. Pour water and add salt
  7. Bring to boil (4 min)
  8. Add sliced green chilli
  9. Simmer 8-10 minutes on medium-low heat (beans soften further, flavors meld)
  10. Stir occasionally
  11. When beans are very soft and broth is slightly thick, add coriander
  12. Serve hot in bowls
