👩🍳 How to make Khoya Kheer
- Crumble khoya into small pieces (1 min)
- In heavy pan, add milk and crushed cardamom
- Bring to boil over medium heat (3 min)
- Add crumbled khoya, stir well to dissolve
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved (2 min)
- Reduce heat to low
- Simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently (mixture becomes creamy)
- In separate pan, fry cashews and raisins in ghee (1 min)
- Add fried nuts and raisins to kheer
- Add nutmeg powder
- Stir gently
- Serve hot or at room temperature
