👩🍳 How to make Kangshoi
- Cube all vegetables uniformly (2 min)
- In pot, add cold water
- Add salt and ginger slices
- Add coarsely chopped onion
- Bring to boil over medium heat (5 min)
- Add cubed vegetables (harder ones first like carrot)
- Once boiling again, reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 12-15 minutes until vegetables are tender but not mushy
- Add sliced green chilli
- If using ngari, crumble and add now
- Simmer additional 2 minutes
- Serve hot in bowls
