👩‍🍳 How to make Kangshoi

  1. Cube all vegetables uniformly (2 min)
  2. In pot, add cold water
  3. Add salt and ginger slices
  4. Add coarsely chopped onion
  5. Bring to boil over medium heat (5 min)
  6. Add cubed vegetables (harder ones first like carrot)
  7. Once boiling again, reduce heat to medium-low
  8. Simmer 12-15 minutes until vegetables are tender but not mushy
  9. Add sliced green chilli
  10. If using ngari, crumble and add now
  11. Simmer additional 2 minutes
  12. Serve hot in bowls
