👩🍳 How to make Kanghou
- Julienne vegetables uniformly (2 min)
- Heat oil in wok or large pan over high heat (1 min)
- When oil is very hot, add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant
- Add minced ginger, cook 30 seconds
- Add thinly sliced onion, cook 1 minute
- Add sliced green chilli
- Add julienned vegetables, toss continuously for 5-7 minutes
- Vegetables should remain crisp-tender, not soft
- Add salt, toss well
- If using soy sauce, drizzle and toss (this is optional, traditional versions skip it)
- Add coriander, fold gently
- Serve immediately while hot and vegetables are still crisp
