👩‍🍳 How to make Kanghou

  1. Julienne vegetables uniformly (2 min)
  2. Heat oil in wok or large pan over high heat (1 min)
  3. When oil is very hot, add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant
  4. Add minced ginger, cook 30 seconds
  5. Add thinly sliced onion, cook 1 minute
  6. Add sliced green chilli
  7. Add julienned vegetables, toss continuously for 5-7 minutes
  8. Vegetables should remain crisp-tender, not soft
  9. Add salt, toss well
  10. If using soy sauce, drizzle and toss (this is optional, traditional versions skip it)
  11. Add coriander, fold gently
  12. Serve immediately while hot and vegetables are still crisp
