👩‍🍳 How to make Herbs and Spice Tan

  1. Mix rice flour with fenugreek powder, ajwain seeds, salt (1 min)
  2. Add minced onion, chilli, ginger (1 min)
  3. Gradually add water to form soft dough (2 min)
  4. Knead gently with oiled palms (1 min)
  5. Divide into 5 portions
  6. On oiled board, flatten each to thin circle (4mm)
  7. Heat tawa to medium-high
  8. Place tan on tawa, cook 2 min until slight puffing
  9. Drizzle oil, flip
  10. Cook 1.5-2 min other side until light golden
  11. Press gently with spatula
  12. Remove when edges are pale brown
