👩🍳 How to make Herbal Tea Breakfast
- Bring water to boil in kettle (4 min)
- In tea vessel, add sliced ginger and turmeric
- Pour boiling water over them
- Steep 3 minutes to extract flavors
- Add black tea leaves, steep 2 more minutes
- Strain through fine sieve
- Add jaggery or honey, stir until dissolved (1 min)
- Add pinch of salt to balance sweetness
- If using milk, add warm milk now, stir gently
- Pour into cups, serve hot
