👩‍🍳 How to make Herbal Tea Breakfast

  1. Bring water to boil in kettle (4 min)
  2. In tea vessel, add sliced ginger and turmeric
  3. Pour boiling water over them
  4. Steep 3 minutes to extract flavors
  5. Add black tea leaves, steep 2 more minutes
  6. Strain through fine sieve
  7. Add jaggery or honey, stir until dissolved (1 min)
  8. Add pinch of salt to balance sweetness
  9. If using milk, add warm milk now, stir gently
  10. Pour into cups, serve hot
