👩🍳 How to make Hawai Mutton
- Cut mutton, pat dry (2 min)
- Heat oil in pot over medium (1 min)
- Add minced garlic, cook 40 seconds
- Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add mutton pieces, stir (1 min)
- Add fermented soybean paste, stir well (2 min)
- Add sliced green chilli
- Pour water, add salt sparingly
- Bring to boil (5 min)
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer covered 35-40 minutes until mutton is very tender
- Stir occasionally
- Serve hot
