👩‍🍳 How to make Hawai Mutton

  1. Cut mutton, pat dry (2 min)
  2. Heat oil in pot over medium (1 min)
  3. Add minced garlic, cook 40 seconds
  4. Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
  5. Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
  6. Add mutton pieces, stir (1 min)
  7. Add fermented soybean paste, stir well (2 min)
  8. Add sliced green chilli
  9. Pour water, add salt sparingly
  10. Bring to boil (5 min)
  11. Reduce heat to medium-low
  12. Simmer covered 35-40 minutes until mutton is very tender
  13. Stir occasionally
  14. Serve hot
