  1. Heat oil in pot over medium heat (1 min)
  2. Add minced garlic, sauté 30 seconds
  3. Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute until fragrant
  4. Add chopped onion, cook 2 minutes until softened

  6. Add water and salt, bring to boil (4 min)

  8. Simmer 8-10 minutes on low heat (flavors develop, soup becomes thick and creamy)
