  1. Beat eggs with salt in bowl (1 min)
  2. Heat oil in non-stick pan to medium-high (1 min)
  3. Add minced garlic, sauté 30 seconds until fragrant
  4. Add minced ginger, cook 1 minute
  5. Add diced onion, cook 1 minute until softened
  6. Add minced green chilli, cook 30 seconds
  7. Pour beaten eggs, spread with spatula (30 seconds)
  8. Let bottom set (1-2 min), fold when edges are set but center still moist
  9. Slide to plate, sprinkle coriander, serve immediately
