👩‍🍳 How to make Eral Sumbal

  1. Clean and pat dry prawns (2 min)
  2. Heat oil in pan over medium (1 min)
  3. Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
  4. Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
  5. Add shrimp paste, stir and break up (1 min)
  6. Add sliced green chilli
  7. Add chopped tomatoes, cook 1 minute
  8. Add prawns, stir gently (1 min)
  9. Pour water, add salt
  10. Bring to boil (3 min)
  11. Reduce heat to medium
  12. Simmer 6-8 minutes until prawns turn pink
  13. Serve hot
