👩🍳 How to make Eral Maccha Curry
- Pat both prawns and fish dry (2 min)
- Heat oil in pan over medium (1 min)
- Add minced garlic, cook 40 seconds
- Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add turmeric and coriander powder, stir (30 seconds)
- Add chopped tomatoes, cook 2 minutes
- Add sliced green chilli
- Pour water, add salt
- Bring to boil (5 min)
- Gently add fish steaks first (needs longer cooking)
- Simmer 5 minutes
- Gently add prawns
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 8-10 minutes total until fish is cooked through and prawns are pink
- Serve hot
