👩🍳 How to make Eral Eromba
- Cook fresh prawns in boiling water 8-10 minutes if starting with raw (8 min) - or use pre-cooked frozen prawns thawed
- Roughly chop cooked prawns
- In pot, combine coarsely chopped tomatoes, whole green chillies, finely diced onion, minced ginger
- Add water and salt
- Bring to boil over medium heat (5 min)
- Add roughly chopped prawns, stir gently
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 5-7 minutes
- Partially mash ingredients with back of spoon (don't make it smooth, keep some texture)
- Add lime juice and coriander
- Serve warm
