👩‍🍳 How to make Eral Eromba

  1. Cook fresh prawns in boiling water 8-10 minutes if starting with raw (8 min) - or use pre-cooked frozen prawns thawed
  2. Roughly chop cooked prawns
  3. In pot, combine coarsely chopped tomatoes, whole green chillies, finely diced onion, minced ginger
  4. Add water and salt
  5. Bring to boil over medium heat (5 min)
  6. Add roughly chopped prawns, stir gently
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low
  8. Simmer 5-7 minutes
  9. Partially mash ingredients with back of spoon (don't make it smooth, keep some texture)
  10. Add lime juice and coriander
  11. Serve warm
