👩‍🍳 How to make Ensaang

  1. Dice all vegetables (2 min)
  2. Heat oil lightly in pot (1 min)
  3. Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
  4. Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
  5. Add sliced green chilli
  6. Add diced vegetables, stir gently (1 min)
  7. Pour water, add salt
  8. Bring to boil (5 min)
  9. Reduce heat to medium-low
  10. Simmer 12-15 minutes until all vegetables are completely tender
  11. Add crumbled fermented fish, stir in (2 min)
  12. Simmer additional 2 minutes (fish flavor distributes)
  13. Serve hot in bowls
