👩🍳 How to make Ensaang
- Dice all vegetables (2 min)
- Heat oil lightly in pot (1 min)
- Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add sliced green chilli
- Add diced vegetables, stir gently (1 min)
- Pour water, add salt
- Bring to boil (5 min)
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 12-15 minutes until all vegetables are completely tender
- Add crumbled fermented fish, stir in (2 min)
- Simmer additional 2 minutes (fish flavor distributes)
- Serve hot in bowls
