  1. Toast cumin seeds dry 1 minute, crush (1 min)
  2. Grate cucumber, squeeze excess water (1 min)
  3. Place yogurt in bowl

  5. Add salt, crushed cumin, black pepper
  6. Fold gently to combine
  7. Top with coriander
