- Mix cornmeal and besan (1 min)
- Add salt (30 seconds)
- Add minced onion and chilli (1 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, oil surface
- Pour 95ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until golden
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until light golden
- Transfer to plate
