👩🍳 How to make Corn Paknam
- If using frozen corn, thaw and drain excess water (1 min)
- Lightly crush corn kernels with fork (some texture should remain) (1 min)
- Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
- Add crushed corn, chopped onion, minced chilli, coriander (1 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, apply oil
- Pour 95ml batter, flatten to 8mm thickness
- Cook 6-7 min until bottom is golden-brown
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
- Transfer to plate
