👩‍🍳 How to make Corn Paknam

  1. If using frozen corn, thaw and drain excess water (1 min)
  2. Lightly crush corn kernels with fork (some texture should remain) (1 min)
  3. Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
  4. Add crushed corn, chopped onion, minced chilli, coriander (1 min)
  5. Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
  6. Heat tawa to medium, apply oil
  7. Pour 95ml batter, flatten to 8mm thickness
  8. Cook 6-7 min until bottom is golden-brown
  9. Drizzle oil, flip
  10. Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
  11. Transfer to plate
