👩‍🍳 How to make Coconut Burfi

  1. In heavy pan, heat ghee over medium
  2. Add grated coconut, stir and dry roast 3-4 minutes
  3. Add condensed milk (or jaggery mixed with milk)
  4. Reduce heat to low
  5. Stir continuously for 12-15 minutes
  6. When mixture thickens and leaves oil on pan sides, it's done
  7. Add cardamom powder
  8. Add cashews and raisins, mix gently
  9. Transfer to greased plate immediately
  10. Press down firmly with back of spoon to compact
  11. Let cool completely (about 30 minutes)
  12. Cut into squares
