👩🍳 How to make Coconut Burfi
- In heavy pan, heat ghee over medium
- Add grated coconut, stir and dry roast 3-4 minutes
- Add condensed milk (or jaggery mixed with milk)
- Reduce heat to low
- Stir continuously for 12-15 minutes
- When mixture thickens and leaves oil on pan sides, it's done
- Add cardamom powder
- Add cashews and raisins, mix gently
- Transfer to greased plate immediately
- Press down firmly with back of spoon to compact
- Let cool completely (about 30 minutes)
- Cut into squares
