👩‍🍳 How to make Chingri Paknam

  1. Clean shrimp, pat dry, chop very finely (2 min)
  2. Mix besan with salt, turmeric, black pepper (1 min)
  3. Add chopped shrimp, onion, chilli, coriander (2 min)
  4. Gradually stir in water to form thick pancake batter (2 min)
  5. Let rest 2-3 minutes
  6. Heat thick tawa to medium, apply thin oil coating
  7. Pour 110ml batter, spread to 8mm thickness
  8. Cook 6-7 min until base turns golden-brown and edges firm (shrimp turns pink)
  9. Drizzle oil around edges, flip gently
  10. Cook 4-5 min until other side is pale golden-brown
  11. Cut into triangular pieces
