👩🍳 How to make Chingri Paknam
- Clean shrimp, pat dry, chop very finely (2 min)
- Mix besan with salt, turmeric, black pepper (1 min)
- Add chopped shrimp, onion, chilli, coriander (2 min)
- Gradually stir in water to form thick pancake batter (2 min)
- Let rest 2-3 minutes
- Heat thick tawa to medium, apply thin oil coating
- Pour 110ml batter, spread to 8mm thickness
- Cook 6-7 min until base turns golden-brown and edges firm (shrimp turns pink)
- Drizzle oil around edges, flip gently
- Cook 4-5 min until other side is pale golden-brown
- Cut into triangular pieces
