👩🍳 How to make Chickpea Flour Porridge
- Heat oil in pot over medium (1 min)
- Add cumin seeds, let crackle 30 seconds
- Add asafoetida, swirl (10 seconds)
- Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add minced onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add minced green chilli, cook 30 seconds
- Gradually sprinkle besan while stirring constantly to avoid lumps (2 min)
- Pour water slowly while stirring continuously (3 min)
- Add salt, stir well
- Bring to boil (4 min)
- Reduce heat to low, simmer 5-7 minutes
- Stir frequently to prevent sticking
- When porridge reaches creamy consistency, add coriander
- Serve hot
