👩🍳 How to make Chet Thongba
- Wash greens 3 times, pat dry, chop coarsely (2 min)
- Heat oil lightly in pot (1 min)
- Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add sliced green chilli
- Add chopped greens, stir gently (1 min)
- Pour water, add salt
- Bring to boil (4 min)
- If using ngari, crumble and add now
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 10-12 minutes until greens completely tender
- Stir occasionally
- Serve hot
