👩‍🍳 How to make Chet Thongba

  1. Wash greens 3 times, pat dry, chop coarsely (2 min)
  2. Heat oil lightly in pot (1 min)
  3. Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
  4. Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
  5. Add sliced green chilli
  6. Add chopped greens, stir gently (1 min)
  7. Pour water, add salt
  8. Bring to boil (4 min)
  9. If using ngari, crumble and add now
  10. Reduce heat to medium-low
  11. Simmer 10-12 minutes until greens completely tender
  12. Stir occasionally
  13. Serve hot
