👩🍳 How to make Cauliflower-Onion Paknam
- Chop cauliflower very finely (2 min)
- Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
- Add chopped cauliflower, onion, chilli, ginger, coriander (2 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, apply oil
- Pour 95ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until bottom is golden (cauliflower should soften)
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
- Transfer to plate
