👩🍳 How to make Basket Thongba
- Dice all vegetables uniformly (2 min)
- Heat oil lightly in pot (1 min)
- Add grated ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add sliced green chilli
- Add diced vegetables, stir gently (1 min)
- Pour water, add salt
- Bring to boil (5 min)
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 12-15 minutes until vegetables are very tender
- If using ngari, crumble and add during last 2 minutes
- Stir occasionally
- Serve hot in bowls
