👩🍳 How to make Akhuni Paknam
- Crumble fermented soybean finely (1 min)
- Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
- Add crumbled soybean, chopped onion, minced chilli, minced garlic (2 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, apply oil
- Pour 100ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until bottom is golden and edges firm
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
- Transfer to plate
