👩‍🍳 How to make Akhuni Paknam

  1. Crumble fermented soybean finely (1 min)
  2. Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
  3. Add crumbled soybean, chopped onion, minced chilli, minced garlic (2 min)
  4. Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
  5. Heat tawa to medium, apply oil
  6. Pour 100ml batter, flatten to 8mm
  7. Cook 6-7 min until bottom is golden and edges firm
  8. Drizzle oil, flip
  9. Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
  10. Transfer to plate
