👩🍳 How to make Til Ladoo
- Melt jaggery in a pan with 1 tbsp water. Cook to soft-ball stage.
- Add toasted sesame, ghee, and cardamom. Mix well.
- While still warm (not hot), grease palms with ghee, shape into balls (35g each).
- Cool completely on a plate.
