👩‍🍳 How to make Til Ladoo

  1. Melt jaggery in a pan with 1 tbsp water. Cook to soft-ball stage.
  2. Add toasted sesame, ghee, and cardamom. Mix well.
  3. While still warm (not hot), grease palms with ghee, shape into balls (35g each).
  4. Cool completely on a plate.
