👩‍🍳 How to make Tikhi Poha

  1. Rinse and season poha with turmeric and salt (no sugar in tikhi version).
  2. Temper mustard seeds in hot oil. Add dried red chillies, then curry leaves, then green chillies.
  3. Add chilli powder, stir 10 seconds. Add poha, fold well.
  4. Steam 2 minutes. Top with extra sev.
