👩‍🍳 How to make Thandai

  1. Grind almonds, watermelon seeds, poppy seeds, fennel, pepper, and cardamom with a little milk into a fine paste.
  2. Strain through a fine sieve pressing out all liquid.
  3. Mix strained liquid with remaining milk, sugar, rose petals, and saffron.
  4. Chill thoroughly. Serve over ice.
