  1. Mix all marinade ingredients
  2. Add paneer cubes; coat gently but thoroughly
  3. Cover, refrigerate minimum 2 hours
  4. Preheat oven to 220°C
  5. Thread paneer cubes onto skewers with bell pepper or onion between pieces if desired
  6. Brush with oil
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until edges are lightly charred, interior remains soft
  8. Alternatively, grill 10–12 minutes over charcoal, turning every 3 minutes
