- Mix all marinade ingredients
- Add paneer cubes; coat gently but thoroughly
- Cover, refrigerate minimum 2 hours
- Preheat oven to 220°C
- Thread paneer cubes onto skewers with bell pepper or onion between pieces if desired
- Brush with oil
- Bake 15–18 minutes until edges are lightly charred, interior remains soft
