👩‍🍳 How to make Pav Bhaji

  1. Mash all boiled vegetables together coarsely on a plate.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large flat pan. Add onions, cook until golden (8 minutes).
  3. Add tomato puree, cook until thick and butter separates (8 minutes). Add pav bhaji masala, chilli powder, turmeric.
  4. Add mashed vegetables, mix and mash with a hand masher until smooth. Add ½ cup water, cook on medium 10 minutes.
  5. Toast pav with butter on flat pan until golden and crisp. Serve with bhaji, lemon, raw onion.
