👩🍳 How to make Pav Bhaji
- Mash all boiled vegetables together coarsely on a plate.
- Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large flat pan. Add onions, cook until golden (8 minutes).
- Add tomato puree, cook until thick and butter separates (8 minutes). Add pav bhaji masala, chilli powder, turmeric.
- Add mashed vegetables, mix and mash with a hand masher until smooth. Add ½ cup water, cook on medium 10 minutes.
- Toast pav with butter on flat pan until golden and crisp. Serve with bhaji, lemon, raw onion.
